Ciro congratulates one of its Coffee Excellence Ambassadors, TIM KRYNAUW, who was placed in the top 6 at the recent Regional Barista Championship held at the Good Food & Wine show, at the Durban Exhibition Centre in KwaZulu Natal, this past weekend.
There were 3 competitions running at the Good Food and Wine show – the Barista Competition, the Cup Tasters Competition and the Latte Art Competition, which are the exact same format as the World Coffee Events allowing us to see the immense skill and expertise of the best baristas in the region before a panel of judges.
We are so proud to see Tim gain this recognition. Tim will be traveling to the National Barista Competition, to compete for the coveted South African National Barista title at Hostex, later in 2017.
