Affocato - double espresso with vanilla ice cream and honey
Caffe Latte - single espresso with two parts frothed milk
Caffe Mocca - single espresso, chocolate and dense foamed milk
Cappuccino - single espresso with densely foamed milk rising above the lip of the cup

THERE ARE 6 ESSENTIALS IN THE MAKING OF A PERFECT ESPRESSO:

  • Dose 7g
  • Water temp 90 - 95oC
  • Pressure required 9 bar
  • Grind Fine
  • Volume in the cup 25 - 30 ml
  • Extraction time 25 - 30 sec
  • Caffeine content 60 - 90 mg
To create the highest quality espresso, complete with crema (an emulsion of oils, lipids, water and gases), simply grind 7g of fine coffee and use immediately in an espresso machine. The result is an unforgettable shot of flavour with less caffeine than filter coffee.
